Refunds are only accepted for items that are missing, discolored, or damaged in transit. Please inspect all items upon receipt and take photos of any items you intend to request a refund for. We often request a photo for inspection.
Our policy lasts 15 days beyond delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please do not mail your purchase back to us unless we specifically request it.
